| With the increase in the number of college students,the impact of multiple factors such as changes in the environmental situation at home and abroad,the difficult employment of college students has become a social focus topic from the state to the local to the individual.As a product of the times in the process of the transformation from " elite " to " popularization" of higher education,private colleges and universities are an important force in higher education.Therefore,solving the employment dilemma of private college students can not only ensure the sustainable and harmonious development of higher education in China,but also promote social stability and economic prosperity.Development has certain significance.This paper selects G College of private colleges and universities as a case,and uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to analyze the problems arising from the implementation of the employment policy of college students in G College,deeply analyze the causes of the problems,and seek to fundamentally solve the deviation of the implementation of the employment policy of college students.In order to better promote the high-quality and full employment of private college students and solve the problem of employment of private college students.In recent years,G College has continuously improved the quality of employment and entrepreneurship of its graduates through in-depth implementation of the " top leader " project,setting up an employment service guidance center,and actively exploring the employment market,and has achieved certain results.However,behind the results,there are still four difficulties : unsatisfactory implementation of policies such as grass-roots employment,low professional counterpart rate,slow employment and other policies themselves,executive subjects,target groups,and employment environment.The analysis found that the main reasons for the above difficulties are the lack of pertinence of the employment policy of college students,the lack of publicity work,the weak ability of the employment service guidance team,the weak personal comprehensive ability of students,and the unsatisfactory policy implementation environment.From the perspective of T.Smith ’s policy implementation process model theory,this paper puts forward effective means to promote the implementation of G College ’s college students ’ employment policy from the four directions of policy itself,policy implementation subject,policy implementation target group and policy implementation environment,that is,by establishing and perfecting the college students ’employment policy system,improving the execution of policy implementation subject,improving the employment ability of policy target group and improving the policy implementation environment,the four dimensions of improvement will improve the employment guidance service level of private college students and the high employment quality of college students as the value pursuit.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for improving the employment policy system of college students and resolving the dilemma of employment policy implementation in private colleges and universities. |
