| The social integration of the children of the new citizens is an important practical problem facing the social development of our country,and it is a concomitant problem with the process of industrialization and urbanization.This problem has also attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.One of the important places for the children of new citizens to study and live in the city is the school,so the social integration of the children of new citizens can not be separated from the school as the organizational carrier.Social work is a professional activity that can help the New City people to solve their difficulties,stimulate their potential and development,promote their coordination with the social environment,and thus enhance social harmony and well-being by serving needy and disadvantaged groups or individuals.Based on the author's internship experience,this paper takes the children of the new citizens of W Primary School in Changsha City as the research object,and collects the data through interview,observation and other professional investigation methods.Based on the dominant perspective theory and ecosystem theory,from the perspective of the children of new citizens,we should understand their needs and problems,adopt the social work method of group work and casework major,have the purpose and have the aim to carry out the professional service,carry on the professional analysis comprehensively from the individual,the family,the student,the community,actively guide the new citizen child to integrate into the new life,fully excavate its inherent advantage,Develop their sense of belonging and interpersonal skills so that they can Truly integrate into society and become a member of building abeautiful city.At the same time,through the positive reflection and discussion in the process of professional practice,it is expected to provide reference and experience for the practical research of social work in the integration of the children of new citizens in our country. |
