The de facto unattended children refer to children whose parents have not died,but whose families have no ability or willingness to support.Because of the particularity of its identity,it has always been in the blind area of national assistance for children in distress for a long time.With the continuous progress and development of society,the fact that no one to raise children as a special group is gradually exposed to the public.Childhood is the golden age of children's development.However,the fact that no child is raised in childhood is not conducive to their physical and mental health,even affects their normal social integration and hinders their social development.Through field investigation and interview,the author finds that there is a problem of social integration of unattended children.Due to their limited age and ability,they are unable to solve their current difficulties and integrate into society.In recent years,social work has played an increasingly important role in preventing and managing social problems in China.Through a social work intervention,professional knowledge and skills are used in practice to empower unattended children,restore vulnerable social functions,broaden participation in society,and promote social integration.The first two parts are introduction and theoretical basis.In the third and fourth parts,mainly use questionnaires and interviews to summarize the current status of the survival,life and social integration of unsupported children,and analyze the causes from the four levels of individual,family,school and society.The fifth part is the focus of this article,through case services,to promote case owners,actively participate in and integrate into society,and evaluate and reflect on the effectiveness of case work.The sixth part puts forward suggestions from four aspects of individual,family,school and society to promote the social integration of de facto unattended children.The last part is the conclusion.One side,through carrying out case work,it provides case study for solving the problem of social integration of de facto unattended children,and provides certain reference value for future practical research on de facto unattended children;The other side of the shield,it enriches the theory of children's social work and broadens the service field of social work.
