With bilateral exchanges between China and Vietnam, the Phenomena of intermarriage of border people between China and Vietnam are very frequent since the 1980s. As more and more the formation families of intermarriage and time flies, the problem of children becomes associated phenomenon and special vulnerable groups. The problem of social integration of the children of intermarriage families threatens harmony of community Environment. The author thinks that economic, family, school, community and personal reasons cause social integration of Sino-Vietnam intermarriage children. This paper on the micro level utilizes case social work intervention study on social integration of Sino-Vietnam intermarriage children. It adopts the patent documents information elementarily, participant observation and in-depth interview under the guidance of Advantage Theory and Maslow’s Need Hierarchy Theory.This paper includes five sections. Section one introduces the research background and then defined the main concepts of intellectual disabled persons. This section also discussed the meaning of this theme, as well as the relevant theories of social work. Section two is about analysis of causes of social integration of Sino-Vietnam intermarriage children and its characteristics. Section three shows how to find the client in detail is described in, and it is the detail procedure of Social work practice Intervention on social integration of Sino-Vietnam intermarriage children. The merits and shortcomings of the reflection in the service process are narrated in Section four. Section five is the summary part. In this part, the author thinks that case social work intervention study on social integration of Sino-Vietnam intermarriage Children is a feasible research and the received effect. It assumes that firstly,social work intervention is grounded on esteem for Sino-Vietnam intermarriage children, secondly the social worker should be cautious of the specific psychology of the client when he/she handles the social work intervention to Sino-Vietnam intermarriage Children, thirdly issues related to the Sino-Vietnam intermarriage Children urgently need a long term and specialization to follow up, which social work should be popularized and fine division in China.
