A Study Of Social Work Promoting Social Integration Of Migrant Daughters-in-law In Rural Areas

After the reform and opening up,with the development of market economy,the population migration and mobility between regions become more and more frequent,the number of off-site marriage is increasing,and the number of rural immigrant daughter-in-law groups is increasing.They need to adapt to the new environment,change their way of life,and are more likely to face social integration difficulties,but their problems are often ignored.In order to better solve the problem of social integration of rural migrant daughter-in-law,this paper takes 14 migrant daughter-in-law in L village,Kaili City,Guizhou Province as the research object,and uses the methods of interview and questionnaire survey to investigate their social integration status and its influencing factors.It is found that the dilemma of social integration of rural migrant daughter-in-law in L village mainly lies in four aspects: life integration,social relationship integration,cultural integration and psychological integration.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter describes the research background and significance,reviews the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the social integration of foreign daughter-in-law,explains the core concepts,and puts forward the research ideas of this paper;The second chapter investigates the current situation of social integration of 14 Foreign daughters-in-law in L village,and analyzes the influencing factors of their social integration dilemma from three levels of individual,family and community;In the third chapter,from the perspective of case work,a woman with social integration difficulties in L village is professionally involved.Guided by the empowerment theory,she is provided with professional social work services.After the case owner's ability is improved,she is encouraged to become a community volunteer and realize personal empowerment in the process of continuously completing voluntary service activities,realizing the role transformation from "simple recipient" to "leader",Promoting social integration;The fourth chapter,from the perspective of community work,takes 14 Foreign daughters-in-law in L village as the main service objects,takes the social support theory as the guidance,carries out a series of community activities according to the problems and needs of the group of foreign daughters-in-law,creates a good community atmosphere,constructs the social support network of foreign daughters-in-law,promotes the mutual assistance among foreign daughters-in-law,and realizes their life integration,social relationship integration,social integration and social integration Cultural and psychological integration;The fifth chapter summarizes the effect of case intervention and community intervention,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the social integration of rural migrant daughter-in-law.The social integration of rural migrant daughters in law should be paid attention to,and the solution of this problem needs many efforts.
