In China,graduate education,as the top stage of higher education,bears the important task of cultivating high-level talents for the country and society.Cultivating these outstanding talents contributes to the rapid development of the country and the continuous progress of society,as well as to China 's the achievement of the goal of "powerful nation" achieved successfully.The main research object of this article is academic graduate students.During the training process of academic graduate students,the tutor,as the first person in charge of the students,bears the responsibility of guiding them in learning,scientific research and other aspects.During the guidance process,the relationship between tutors and students begin to form and continue to develop.A good and harmonious relationship will improve the effectiveness of the guidance of the tutor and the learning effect of the students,and help to improve the quality of the cultivation of academic graduates in China.The country has cultivated more outstanding academic talents.In this paper,the study of the relationship between academic graduate students and tutors mainly took H Normal University as an example.The theoretical basis of the full text are Habermas' theory of communicative behavior and humanistic education theory.Through a survey in H Normal University,it was found that the relationship between the academic graduate students and the tutor in the school was currently in a relatively good state.However,some problems still existed: Firstly,insufficient communication between tutors and students;Secondly,tutors are concerned about the needs of students are not timely;Thirdly,the guidance style of the tutor lacked a certain degree of democracy;Fourthly,the establishment of students' subjective consciousness was not perfect;Fifthly,the supervision and management of the school was not significant.After analyzing the causes of the existing problems,the reasons for these problems was found: First,the tutor lacks active guidance;Second,the tutor's guidance concept is more traditional;Third,the student's view of humanism is not enough;Fourth,traditional educational ideas hinder the formation of students' subjective consciousness;Fifth,the responsibility of school supervision is not in place.Based on the above analysis of the problems and the causes of the relationshipbetween academic graduate students and tutor,this article forms the following suggestions for constructing a good and harmonious tutoring relationship between tutors and students: First,build a harmonious learning relationship based on the tutor;Second,construct a harmonious tutoring relationship with students active participating;Third,ensure a harmonious tutoring relationship with school supervision and management.It is hoped that the strength of the school,tutors and students brought together will promote a good and harmonious student-supervisor relationship and improve the quality of the cultivation of academic graduates in China.
