Medical Degree From The Comparative Study And Its Implications

Nowadays, our country's scale of graduate students is expending. In order to insure the quality, we should absorb developed countries' experience, and reform our education system of medical graduate students.This research compared medical academic degree systems and graduate students' recruiting, training, academic degree awarding among China and six countries (America, Japan, Britain, France, Germany and Russia).This article has put forward the measures such as: intensify the relationship between medical academic degree education and qualifications of definite posts, develop many kinds of graduates education, establish the system of curriculum, scientific research and practice, raise money in many ways to break away from difficult position of graduates education's funds, strengthen evaluating the graduates education, and adjust the installment of specialties.
