| As the core content of university communication,teacher-student relationship is the most basic interpersonal relationship in the educational structure of colleges and universities.It is also a special form of social relationship that teachers and students form through interactions that profoundly affect the quality of education and teaching.In the postgraduate education stage,a harmonious teacher-student relationship is conducive to the common development of teachers and students in the process of communication.It is more conducive to improving the quality of personnel training,providing creative vitality for the emergence of scientific research achievements in universities,and implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talents.Therefore,starting from the interpersonal relationship in the process of contemporary postgraduate training,analyzing the essential connotation of the relationship between teachers and students,finding practical and effective improvement measures,building a harmonious teacher-student relationship between college tutors and postgraduates,and does a good job in college graduates under the current situation.Education work has a strong practical significance.Community theory provides a relatively ideal relationship between teachers and students,it always provides a theoretical basis for the emergence and formation of harmonious teacher-student relationship.Through analyzing the relevant theories and cases of the emergence and development of the teacher-student community,this paper attempts to expound the essential connotation of teacher-student communication activities from the angles of dependence,development and interaction between teachers and students.Through qualitative study of different typical cases,this paper attempts to analyze the deep causes of problems in teacher-student relationship through the problem representation of teacher-student relationship.In the study of countermeasures,this paper draws lessons from the representative and targeted cases of teacher-student relationship from the educational practice of ancient and modern China and foreign countries,and further sums up the constituent elements and formation process of the teacher-student community,from the choice mechanism of teachers and students,the concept of communication,Academic responsibility,external environment,institutional security and other aspects provide suggestions for graduate students and mentors to live in harmony. |
