According to the needs of curriculum reform and physics teaching,it becomes more and more important to improve the students' interdisciplinary literacy.As the leading role in physics teaching,physics teachers should reach a higher level of interdisciplinary literacy before cultivating students' interdisciplinary literacy.It is imperative to cultivate the physics teachers' interdisciplinary literacy.The interdisciplinary STEM education,which integrates science,technology,engineering and mathematics,breaks through the boundaries of disciplines,and cultivates students' quality of solving practical problems,has attracted more attention.At present,there has been a boom in STEM education in primary and middle schools,with various STEM courses,high participation of students,and a lot of training for teachers' interdisciplinary literacy.Therefore,it is worth conducting the survey of physics teachers' interdisciplinary literacy in middle school and put forward the suggestions.In this study we construct an analysis framework of teachers' interdisciplinary literacy through the literature research and interviews with teachers.Combined with the evaluation experience at home and abroad,a questionnaire is developed for online survey.According to the data analysis,the current development of physics teachers interdisciplinary literacy has the following characteristics:(1)gender has no great influence on the level of interdisciplinary literacy of physics teachers;(2)physics teachers have a high level of knowledge,but they lack the ability to integrate and use interdisciplinary knowledge;(3)physics teachers have strong systematic thinking and scientific demonstration ability,but their ability of interdisciplinary experimental exploration is to be improved;(4)physics teachers' ability of team cooperation is strong;(5)the interdisciplinary consciousness of physics teachers is strong,but their interdisciplinary teaching consciousness needs to be improved.Finally,based on the above analysis,combined with the experience of training STEM teachers at home and abroad and the requirements of the two authoritative documents,this paper puts forward some suggestions for training the interdisciplinary quality of physics teachers:physics teachers themselves should face the interdisciplinary problems in teaching,establish the curriculum concept of interdisciplinary education,and be conscious to improve interdisciplinary literacy in life,take STEM education as a new direction of career development and set up a team of teachers of different subjects;normal universities adopt interdisciplinary training and provide interdisciplinary practice opportunities for teachers;schools need to carry out effective training and create rewards for teachers;other social forces actively promote the interdisciplinary literacy of physics teachers.
