| With the rapid development of the Internet economy,the social problems people are facing are becoming more and more complicated,and the society needs more and more comprehensive talents who can solve practical problems.STEM education comes into being.STEM education advocates starting from the solution of real problems,and is committed to cultivating students’ hands-on ability,innovation ability and interdisciplinary problem-solving ability.With the widespread development of STEM education in the United States and even around the world,China has also begun to vigorously develop STEM education,and the country has issued relevant policies to promote the development of STEM education.STEM is the abbreviation of the four words of science,technology,engineering,and mathematics,and refers to a convergent discipline containing these four disciplines.STEM education is a new type of educational concept,emphasizing the cultivation of students’ hands-on ability,innovation ability and ability to solve real problems with interdisciplinary knowledge.However,because China’s STEM education is at the initial stage of development,there is a lack of professional teachers engaged in STEM education,and the domestic research on STEM teacher training is mostly limited to a general overview,lack of detailed and specific research,and there is no relatively professional STEM teacher training course System as a basis.Based on the "STEM Teacher Competency Grade Standard",the research defines the core concepts of STEM education,STEM teachers,curriculum system and STEM literacy through relevant literature analysis,and adopts three courses based on TPACK theory and constructivist learning theory View,five-dimensional curriculum goal construction,follow the principles of discipline integration,practical principles,innovative principles,developmental principles,systemic principles,etc.to build the curriculum system,initially constructed a "based on practice,ability training" as The principled curriculum system,the training content includes four parts: content knowledge,technical knowledge,pedagogical knowledge,and practical skills.On this basis,the course implementation method and teaching mode of the curriculum system are further elaborated.The study adopted the Delphi method and semi-structured interview method to evaluate the curriculum system.By calculating the positive coefficients,authoritative coefficients and coordination coefficients of experts,the basic requirements of the Delphi method were determined.Through two rounds of expert investigation and consultation,The content of the curriculum system is modified,and the semi-structured interview method is used to interview experts.The purpose is to evaluate the curriculum system from a holistic perspective and modify the curriculum system according to the recommendations of the experts.Based on the above survey and analysis of the results,the study puts forward suggestions for the implementation of STEM teachers’ post-service training courses for basic education.First of all,teachers should establish the learning concept of lifelong learning,and improve their STEM literacy through continuous attention and learning of STEM education;second,teachers should form their core competitiveness and develop other skills while using their advantages to become Comprehensive teachers;Finally,teachers should pay attention to the embodiment of STEM concepts in daily teaching,and most of them design teaching with the starting point of stimulating students’ innovative thinking and critical thinking. |
