Compensation management system is considered as one of the most important parts to manage employees.The system can help to inspire the labor power,to promote the quality of human resource,and to improve the competitive of enterprises.With the development of enterprises,the compensation management system has been updated,and the optimization of it has been put on the agenda.This paper takes A Department of S Educational Training Institution as an example,which investigates and analyzes the current compensation management system of A Department of S Educational Training Institution,combining with the strategic direction and sector development stage,and puts forward an iteration plan for current one.This paper composed six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which includes research background,significance and purpose of the topic,design ideas and contents of the research,and the research methods and innovations.The second chapter mainly defines some basic concepts,summarizes the basic theories of salary and incentive,and introduces the research status at home and abroad.In the third chapter,the current compensation system has been analyzed.The fourth chapter,the compensation system problem has been diagnosed.Chapter five concludes analysis and counter measures.Chapter six is about conclusion and prospect,which summarizes the research process and scheme of the compensation system of A Department of S Educational Training Institution,and presents the thoughts of this research more clearly.It provides a strong guarantee for the organization to construct the competition barrier,and at the same time,it also provides a reference for the salary system of other education and training institutions.The innovation of this paper is taking A Department of S Educational Training Institution as the research object,making a comprehensive diagnosis to its compensation management system,combing diagnose problems with related theory,putting forward practical solutions through the analysis of the problems,and helps the agency of iteration to improve the compensation system,at the same time,continues to strengthen the function of human resource management system,and provides the construction of the compensation system with a very meaningful reference.
