Parent-child relationships and the physical and mental health of children will be affected by parent-child communication.For families with better parent-child communication,the parent-child relationship will be more intimate,and children may have fewer problems in their growth.With the relaxation of the national policy on the second child,problems such as parent-child communication between first-born children and their parents have also emerged.Some first-born children and their parents need to face the new parent-child relationship correctly,learn new parent-child communication methods,and adapt to the new family structure.This article starts from the perspective of the social work profession,uses social learning theory,family system theory and group dynamics theory as the theoretical basis,adopts the practice method of the parent-child parallel group,and conducts applied research on the parent-child communication of the first child in the two-child family In the process,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are tested to ensure that the first-child communication between the first child and the second child is improved.Before carrying out the specific practical part of this study,through questionnaires and interviews,we conducted a parent-child communication survey between the first-born children of the second-child family in B elementary school and their parents.Evaluation.Use the parent-child parallel group method to provide services to the selected group members.This article mainly designs six sections of activities,composed of three single groups and three joints.Through the evaluation of the activity,the results show that the goals of the parent-child parallel group have been basically achieved,help the first-born children and parents understand the importance of parent-child communication,and guide the first-child children and parents to clarify hope and learn communication skills.Through a variety of group activities,parent-child interaction is enhanced,and a communication platform is established between the first-born children in the two-child family and their parents to create good communication opportunities.Through this study,it was found that the parent-child parallel group has certain practical value in improving the parent-child communication of the first child in the two-child family.This practical method can change the past to blame the problem on either the parent or the child,and only intervene unilaterally,while ignoring the two-way interaction between parents and children.The Parent-Child Parallel Group encourages parents and first-born children to participate in the activities together,make changes at the same time,and form a good interactive experience in the group activities,mastering certain communication skills.
