With the social transformation, the reform of economic system, the change of family structure and the popularization of mass media in China, the parent-child relationship is also developing towards democratization. In addition, parents of migrant children’s families have high expectations for their children, and their children have great learning pressure. The parent-child conflict caused by their studies has a significant impact on the parent-child relationship. As the most primitive social relationship of everyone and the most core interpersonal relationship in the family,parent-child relationship has a great impact on children’s physical and mental health,so it is necessary for the whole society to pay attention to the parent-child relationship of migrant children’s families. This study takes B community of Kunming City as the research site. The research objects are 6-12-year-old migrant children and their parents. The parent-child interaction is observed in the children’s home and community of B community. The questionnaire is used to investigate the migrant children and their parents, and in-depth interviews are conducted with multiple groups of families. The author understands that the relationship between father and son is worse than that between mother and son,the situation of parent-child communication still needs to be improved, the level of parent-child companionship and intimacy is low,and learning is the key factor of parent-child communication and conflict. The results show that both parents and children are eager to be understood and respected, children expect more accompany and support from their parents, and parents need to improve their ability to deal with parent-child conflict.Under the guidance of Ecosystem theory,Satya Family Therapy Theory and Social Learning Theory,we cooperated with front-line social workers and carried out eight experiential parent-child parallel groups, and provided case service for families of two children with suicidal ideation due to parent-child conflict. After the comprehensive evaluation service, the research shows that the integrated social work service can effectively improve the parent-child relationship of migrant children, promote the mutual understanding between parents and children, enhance the degree of parent-child accompany, support and intimacy, and reduce the frequency and negative impact of parent-child conflict;Satya Family Therapy Theory provides powerful guidance for improving parent-child relationship;Parallel group is good to meet the needs of parents and children;Case service reduces the negative impact of bad parent-child relationship on children;Social workers play an active role in service. The author thinks that social workers should adjust their mentality and make it clear that the parent-child relationship should be gradually improved; It can expand the scope of services to meet the needs of parent-child services of mobile families in the community; The key of case service is to accept the client unconditionally;Social work cooperation helps to improve service effectiveness;we reflect on the service can promote the growth of social workers. To improve the parent-child relationship of migrant children,we need the support from family, school, community and social organizations,as well as the tacit cooperation and continuous efforts between social workers and various subjects.
