The issue of parent-child communication in families of migrant youths has been a topic of social focus in recent years.The family is the first school of life and parent-child education has become a priority for families.As young migrants follow their parents from rural to urban areas,they first face the problem of adapting to the new environment,especially the anxiety and anxiety caused by the drastic reduction of their old social support circle.Secondly,the migrant population lacks access to local public services,such as difficulties in settling down and going to school.This also greatly affects the healthy development of children,family harmony and social stability.The study uses questionnaires,interviews and participant observation to obtain information on the current situation of parent-child communication in mobile families,to analyze the problems of parent-child relationships in mobile families in the community,and to further understand the needs of mobile families in terms of harmonious and effective parent-child communication.In conjunction with the actual situation of migrant youth families,the programmer uses social learning theory,dominant perspective theory and the "I in the mirror" theory as guidance to carry out parallel groups on positive communication to help migrant family members change their irrational perceptions of parent-child communication and improve their abilities in the process of parent-child communication.Through the parallel group work method of positive parent-child communication,clients are helped to realize the importance of parent-child communication,to ease the conflicts between parents and children,to learn practical parent-child communication methods and skills,and to enhance the relationship between parents and children.The study shows that parent-child communication in migrant youth families is compatible with social work,and the group work approach can basically meet the needs of parent-child communication,and the parent-child communication situation of the clients has improved considerably after participating in the activities.Finally,from the four levels of society,school,family and individual,constructive suggestions were made to bring into play the professional advantages of social workers,provide targeted services and strengthen the parent-child communication education guidance for families of special groups,so as to provide new ideas to enhance the parent-child communication ability of families of migrant youths. |
