Urbanization is an inevitable trend in China's economic and social development.The rapid development of urbanization has had a fundamental and long-term impact on rural education.In recent years,Shandong Province has continuously strengthened its urbanization construction,emphasized people-oriented urbanization,implemented important development strategies and achieved remarkable results.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the system,structure and spatial form of rural education are gradually changing,and out-of-school tutoring in rural areas is also gradually rising and developing.In the new era,we need to adapt to the changes of the new situation,solve new problems,form new theories and promote new practical exploration,so as to inspire the theoretical research and practical exploration of the reform and development of rural education in China.With the continuous enrichment and development of out-of-school tutoring in content and form,out-of-school tutoring has become an important supplement and extension to school education,especially in rural areas where high-quality educational resources are relatively scarce.Behind the rise and development of out-of-school tutoring lies deeper educational and social problems.Urbanization not only promotes the development of rural economy,but also changes farmers' production and life style,affects farmers' educational thoughts and concepts,and stimulates farmers' expectation for high-quality educational resources.In the current increasingly fierce market environment,out-of-school counseling agencies are actively exploring the rural out-of-school counseling market in order to seek development and growth.The relative shortage of high-quality resources in rural schools is difficult to meet the development and needs of every student.Therefore,rural out-of-school tutoring attracts more and more rural primary school students and their parents' attention.Rural out-of-school counseling has its unique development status.In order to expand students' sources and meet the needs of rural parents,rural primary school students who participate in tutoring gradually tend to be younger.More and more rural primary school studentsbegin to participate in out-of-school tutoring.Outside school tutoring in rural areas is mainly academic tutoring in English and Chinese,and the main form is homework tutoring.There are few art training institutions in the rural out-of-school counseling market,but due to the limitation of regional cultural and artistic resources,the types of counseling are few.The driving factors for out-of-school tutoring in rural areas are complex.They are not only the needs of individual development of rural primary school students,but also closely related to parents' cultural level and restricted by family economic conditions.At the same time,the influence of the social education environment on out-of-school counseling in rural areas cannot be ignored.The prevalence of out-of-school counseling in rural areas has its indispensable advantages,but it is still necessary to pay attention to the possible disadvantages of out-of-school counseling in rural areas.Rural out-of-school tutoring takes up a large amount of after-school time for rural primary school students.From homework tutoring on Monday to Friday nights to academic tutoring on weekends,holidays and winter and summer vacations,tutoring takes a long time,has a large capacity and is intensive.The phenomenon of blind comparison exists in rural out-of-school counseling.Unreasonable and unscientific counseling will have a negative impact on the learning,habits and psychology of rural primary school students,thus affecting the effectiveness of home-school communication.Off-campus tutoring is also called "shadow education".As the name implies,the emergence and development of off-campus tutoring reflects the inadequacy of school education.How to guide the orderly and healthy development of rural school education and out-of-school tutoring requires the government and education departments to take many measures simultaneously.They should not only optimize rural education resources and environment,improve the quality of education,teaching and service in rural schools,but also strengthen the regulation and supervision of out-of-school tutoring in rural areas.They should also use the strength of society to jointly create a good educational environment and cultivate talents for the country and society.
