The teachers’ survival state means that under certain historical and cultural background,teachers’ material and mental state in the work and daily life of primary schools in rural areas.The teachers’ survival state is divided into two main dimensions,namely the working state and the state of daily life.Working state dimension includes job size and workload,working environment,salary and social status,professional development platform,overall satisfaction,daily life dimensions including family life,leisure life,community life.With the advancement of China’s rural urbanization,the rural primary school life also produced some adjustments evidently.The rural primary school teachers’ survival state who work and live in the rural schools has been influenced.Now,systematic research an improvement of rural primary school teachers’ survival state influence not only the professional development of the rural primary school teachers,but also the guarantee of the rural education quality and the improvement of rural population quality.The questionnaire is self-developed,and its name is With The Urbanization Process,The Teachers’ Survival State In Rural Primary Schools--With Wuji County,Hebei Province As An Example.The author randomly selected primary teachers in 28 villages of 6 towns.The author issued questionnaires300 copies,82 of them are issued in the town of Hao Zhuang,60 of them are issued in the autonomous town of Gaotou.The questionnaires are retrieved 300 copies and the effective ones are 277 copies,the recovery rate is 90.23%.The study used SPSS20.0 to analyze the data and found the problems of the rural primary school teachers’ survival state in wuji country.1.The rural primary schools’ establishment is not enough,so the teachers’ workload is large and work-pressure is hard.2.Some small-scale rural primary schools’ condition is bad which makes teachers’ working enthusiasm lower.3.The rural primary teachers,especially the supply teachers,have a low pay,influencing teachers’ career identity.and the social status needs improved.4.The rural primary school teachers have little post-profession training opportunity,and the platform of professional development is single.5.A part of rural parents pay no attention to their children’ study,so that the rural primary school teachers feel the sense of vocationally failed.20-40 years old teachers’ job satisfaction is low,and they have definite turnover tendency.To improve the rural primary school teachers’ survival state,this thesis puts forward some ameliorative proposals which are shown as follows.1.The government should increase financial support and policy support for rural primary schools.2.The rural primary schools should show humanistic concern in management,and endeavor to improve work environment.3.In the process of urbanization,tighten the construction of rural culture and enrich the rural community life.
