In the teaching of high school ideological and political courses in recent years,it has gradually integrated into the "rule of law" as one of the core qualities of the ideological and political discipline.The purpose of education of rule of law awareness is to enable students to form a sense of respect for the law,to understand the relationship between rights and obligations,from the inner principles of respect,law,law,and usage,and actively participate in the construction of a socialist country ruled by law.Consciously safeguard the fairness and justice of the socialist society and be a Chinese citizen with dignity.Therefore,the education of rule of law awareness is affecting the teaching philosophy and teaching methods of all levels and schools.Carrying out the education of the rule of law awareness in the rural high school ideological and political class in Henan Province is conducive to enhancing the rule of law awareness of rural high school students;it is conducive to expanding the research field of core literacy;it is conducive to social stability in rural areas.Judging from the current situation of the education of the rule of law awareness in the rural high school ideological and political class in Henan Province,there is still a certain gap with the requirements of the core literacy of the ideological and political discipline.Affected by the rural social environment and the examination-oriented education,there are still some shortcomings in the education of the rule of law in the rural high school ideological and political class in Henan Province.This study explores the current problems in the education of the rule of law on the basis of detailed statistical analysis and research through questionnaires and interviews.In the teaching concept,there is a problem that the concept is backward and the teaching goal is not accurate enough.In the process of teaching,there is a problem that the teaching method of teachers is single and outdated,and the educational activities of the rule of law awareness are not standardized.In terms of students,students are mainly motivated to learn.The lack of perfect teaching facilities is also one of the problems that hinder the education of the rule of law.In addition,in the teaching evaluation,there is also a problem that the evaluation of the rule of law consciousness is single and the teaching effect is not obvious.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of the education of the rule of law in the ideological and political class in rural high schools,we can better analyze the causes of the problems and find a certain solution.This study believes that rural teachers have problems such as low professional literacy,inadequate evaluation system and insufficient teaching initiative;there is still an unfair education in the objective environment;students are mainly low-level rule of law for rural students and lack of rights for students.awareness.After analyzing the causes of problems in the education of the rule of law consciousness,we seek solutions to the problem.Conducting awareness of the rule of law in rural high schools is a systematic and complex task that requires collaboration from all sides.The solution to the problem of education of the rule of law in the ideological and political class of rural high schools is mainly from the promotion of the rule of law,the setting of the scientific goal of the rule of law,the initiative,the establishment of a scientific evaluation system,and the increase of educational investment in rural areas.It is also very necessary.
