With the deepening of the process of building a socialist country ruled by law,the textbooks of high school ideological and political courses have also begun to undergo brand-new changes.Under the new curriculum reform,the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools has basically completed the fundamental task of shaping moral education,and integrated the basic qualities required for educational reform in the new era.The Curriculum Standards for Ideological and Political Courses in Ordinary High Schools(Revised in 2020)(hereinafter referred to as the "New Curriculum Standards")clearly states that high school politics should take awareness of the rule of law as one of the four core qualities,which has a decisive impact on high school political education.High school students should deeply understand that the rule of law is a powerful tool for governing the country,and that comprehensive rule of law is the fundamental requirement.In this way,people can understand and respect the rule of law internally,practice the requirements of the rule of law in external behavior,and actively instill people’s awareness of the rule of law.Teachers play a leading role in cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law,and should further explore the role of ideological and political courses in improving students’ awareness of the rule of law,and provide practical help for cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law and better participation in political life.Taking the compulsory three "Politics and the Rule of Law" textbook as an example and combining it with the new curriculum standards,this study is divided into the following five parts.The first part is a brief discussion of the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,and research methods adopted.The second part is an overview of the relevant academic theories of the cultivation of high school students’ awareness of the rule of law,mainly including the following.Specifically define the concepts of "core literacy,core literacy in ideological and political disciplines,and legal awareness literacy" discussed in this paper;The theoretical basis and related core content and significance of the cultivation of legal awareness literacy in curriculum standards are discussed.The third part is based on the educational practice experience of the subject of "Politics and the Rule of Law" and based on the perspective of ideological and political courses,specifically researches and investigates and analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of high school students’ awareness of the rule of law,and analyzes the causes.The fourth part combines the actual teaching process of "Politics and the Rule of Law" to explore the strategies and means of how to improve students’ awareness of the rule of law in ideological and political courses.The fifth part is to complete the teaching case design based on educational practice,deepen students’ knowledge and understanding of the awareness and literacy of the rule of law in high school ideological and political courses,and practice the optimization strategies mentioned in Chapter 4. |
