In the new media era,compared with the traditional media,the dissemination of network information is larger,faster and broader,more immediate and interactive.Anyone can break through the time and space boundaries and publish information and push public opinion on various new media platforms in a more fashionable and convenient way.This new form of communication and media is widely accepted and sought after by contemporary college students.In addition to personalized mobile phones and computers,they often appear in various portals,campus websites,forums and other online places.It has become an important channel for college students to express their emotions,express their opinions and promote public opinion.However,network public opinion is a double-edged sword.Many of its messages and public opinions are positive,healthy and positive,but there are also some false,distorted and negative reports and public opinions,which will have different effects on the moral concept,value orientation,political attitude and behavior of contemporary college students.Therefore,in the new media era,how to effectively supervise and guide the network public opinion of college students is an important issue,which is of great significance to the growth of students,the harmony of colleges and universities and the stability of society.According to the relevant theories and the characteristics of public opinion communication in the new media era,this study designs an interview outline.Through interviews with 15 university teachers and 20 university students,it deeply understands the current situation of University Students' network public opinion and the problems existing in its guidance.On this basis,a questionnaire is designed to survey 700 college students in seven universities in Zhejiang Province.According to the questionnaire,the situation of College Students' Internet use,college students' understanding of Internet public opinion,college students' Internet behavior and college students' understanding of Campus Internet public opinion guidance are investigated.It is found that there are three problems in the guidance of College Students' network public opinion: unclear guiding objectives,imperfect guiding mechanism and weakening of the role of new media in Colleges and universities.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,we put forward the guiding strategies:first,to determine the goal of College Students' network public opinion guidance;second,to establish and improve the guiding mechanism of College Students' network public opinion;third,to strengthen the construction of new media platform in Colleges and universities.
