Research On Online Public Opinion Guidance Of Minority College Students From The Perspective Of "We Media"

In the Internet era,the emerging we-media is changing the way of life,communication and thinking of college students with its irresistible participation and influence.However,minority college students not only have the generality of contemporary college students’ thoughts,but also have their own particularity.This brings unprecedented challenges and new opportunities to the ideological work of minority college students.It is becoming an important part of the education and management of minority college students to timely grasp the characteristics of the online public opinion of minority college students,adopt scientific and reasonable public opinion guidance strategies,and reduce the risk of the online public opinion of minority college students.This article mainly around the national media situation of ethnic minority university students network public opinion to guide the reality facing problems and difficulties management,combined with the theoretical research,empirical analysis and system analysis,from the perspective of public management,the integrated use of communication and management,education and other disciplines theory and knowledge,combines the actual conditions of minority college students and the particularity,minority college students in colleges and universities of network public opinion guidance system,analysis and research.Based on this,the paper first expounds the connotation and basis of online public opinion guidance of minority college students from the perspective of "we media",and then develops several groups of concepts,characteristics,functions and the importance of guidance of online public opinion of minority college students from the perspective of "we media".Secondly,the paper makes a concrete analysis of the factors influencing the online public opinion response of minority college students in colleges and universities from the perspective of "we media" and analyzes the communication mechanism of online public opinion communication of minority college students in colleges and universities from the perspective of "we media".The empirical analysis of online public opinion guidance of minority college students from the perspective of "we media" is conducted again to analyze their existing difficulties and reasons.Final analysis from the perspective of media minority college students’ network public opinion guiding principles and basic strategies,from public opinion monitoring and early warning,the establishment and perfection of the public opinion guide mechanism,the construction of index system of public opinion to thinking,innovation in the general way of ideological education,puts forward scientific,active and key,in a timely manner,and to five guiding system and emergency,coordination,communication,and security,perfecting the new model of six strategy education plan.
