Public opinion is an expression of the public's feelings and attitudes towards the real world,which is essentially a comprehensive psychological reflection of the public on social public events.The internet public opinion ecology refers to the self-owned movement development state that can be measured and evaluated by people,which is presented by internet public opinion subject,internet public opinion object and internet public opinion media in the network space.Each element is relatively independent and interdependent.During the 12 th collective study session of the political bureau of the CPC central committee on January 25,2019,general secretary Xi jinping proposed for the first time to build an all-media communication pattern and further promote the integrated development of the media.The construction of all-media has become an urgent task facing the party at this stage.With science and technology in promoting the emerging Internet media influence of extreme expansion process,communication technology,transmission and transmission channel are accelerating innovation,lead to public opinion ecology and media landscape,profound changes have taken place of the emerging internet media platform has increasingly become the main position of ideology discourse clash,internet public opinion has become a new field for the spread of mainstream ideology in our country.Therefore,whether the ecological environment of internet public opinion is safe or not directly or indirectly has a profound impact on ideological security and political ecological stability.At present,China is in a critical period of comprehensively deepening reform.The party's ideological publicity work,news and public opinion work,ideological work and ideological and political work are closely related to the guidance of internet public opinion,and the governance of internet public opinion has become an important part of the governance of the country.The 19 th national congress of the CPC clearly proposed to strengthen the construction of Internet content,establish a comprehensive network governance system,and improve the dissemination,guidance,influence and credibility of news and public opinion.At the same time,it also pointed out the direction,requirements and tasks for strengthening the governance of internet public opinion in the omnimedia era.Facing the complicated and changeable ecstasy,party,state and public opinion,in all-media in the cyber space onlyfirmly grasp the internet public opinion guidance,actively build benign internet public opinion ecology,adhere to the marxist ideological network voice,to provide public opinion support for China's social and political stability,and consolidate the party's ruling status,enhance the international voice,at the same time for our party and country smoothly each enterprise to provide public opinion support and spiritual power.This paper to our country internet public opinion guidance as the main line,combined with Xi Jinping,general secretary for the construction of the all-media is proposed as the guidance,the news public opinion propaganda to the party's theory as the guide,study was based on all-media age the internet public opinion guide the challenge and opportunity in our country,analyses and discusses the all-media era under the importance and principles of internet public opinion guidance,put forward the main countermeasures of our country's internet public opinion guide.This research has important theoretical and practical significance for China to improve the leadership of internet public opinion and enhance the discourse power of Marxist ideology,and at the same time provides public opinion support and spiritual strength for our party and the country to push forward various undertakings smoothly.
