With the advent of the new media era,the continuous development of network information technology has brought earth-shaking changes to sports information communication.In particular,in recent years,the phenomenon of sports public opinion crisis is frequently spread,and netizens' extreme expression with emotion has seriously affected the image of China's sports organizations and athletes.At the same time,negative emotions,extreme violence,malicious rumors and one-sided remarks have converged on the Internet and become ferocious beasts,causing increasing social instability.This paper is entitled "research on sports public opinion crisis communication and countermeasures in the new media era".The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics,communication modes,generation mechanisms and potential hazards of sports public opinion crisis communication in the new media era,and to explore the causes and solutions of crisis communication.In order to achieve the above research purposes,this study applies the methods of literature,case analysis and text analysis.This paper elaborates from six parts.The first part explains the significance of the topic selection and the background of The Times as well as the core concepts.The second part summarizes the connotation and characteristics of sports public opinion crisis communication.The third part summarizes the current situation of sports public opinion crisis.The fourth part discusses the sports public opinion crisis communication mode and its production mechanism.The fifth part analyzes the harm of sports public opinion crisis-spreading and its causes.The last part puts forward corresponding measures for its causes.Through the research in this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In recent years,the phenomenon of sports public opinion crisis spreading has appeared frequently in China,presenting new characteristics under the background of the new media era.2.The occurrence of sports public opinion crisis propagation in the new media era mainly involves three aspects: sports emergencies,sports stars and social conflicts related to sports.3.The communication mode of sports public opinion crisis propagation in the new media era is manifested in three aspects: first,it is led by the mainstream media;The second is to build a "hotbed" of communication by using the "we media" platform ofmicroblog.Third,realize the diffusion through network interpersonal communication.4.In the new media era,the generation mechanism of sports public opinion crisis propagation presents a "cyclical" rule,which mainly includes: occurrence mechanism,strengthening mechanism,diffusion mechanism and dissipation mechanism.5.The reasons for the spread of sports public opinion crisis in the new media era mainly include the reasons of government departments,the reasons of society,the reasons of media,the reasons of foreign countries and the reasons of audiences themselves.Its harm mainly manifests in the government organization department,the athlete individual,the society and the sports development four aspects.6.In the face of the sports public opinion crisis propagation phenomenon,it is necessary to correctly guide the sports public opinion and reduce the harm caused by the public opinion crisis propagation from the five aspects of sports government departments,network media,sports audiences,foreign factors and the society.
