With the rapid development of network information technology, Internet gradually embedded in People's Daily work and life.Production mode, life style of human society, and even the way of thinking and value judgments produced extensive and profound influence.As a new media, the Internet is catching up with or exceed traditional newspapers, for example,radio, television and other media by virtue of its tentacles to a wide range of information and the development trend of rapidly. And it has become a important platform where people can fleetly,and efficiently release information. As a group who have very high network utilization, more and more students through the network new media to express their views, and to focus on topics of mass communication and discussion, promote the formation and development of network public opinion.The rapid generation and development of university network public opinion bring development opportunities to the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, but adverse public opinion events who occur frequently put forward new challenges to ideological and political education work.Therefore, in order to prevent bad network public opinion quickly spread and evolution, guiding college students to express public opinion is a important task of ideological and political education.This article is divided into four chapters,The first chapter explain from the selected topic background, research value, the status quo at home and abroad, research methods and innovation of the interpretation in view of this topic;The second chapter guide the theory basis for exploring the present status of university network public opinion through the analysis of the relevant concepts and characteristics of the network public opinion in colleges and universities;Third chapter spread investigation on the basis of college students (900 questionnaires) and education workers (200 questionnaires) of 20 colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,proved the main problems of Internet public opinion in colleges and universities, and mainly analyzed attribution from the perspective of philosophy, sociology, psychology and ecology.The fourth chapter puts forward guidance strategies of university students' network public opinion from the government, universities and students themselves.
