In 2010,the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)pointed out that “the emphasis on child education”.In 2012,the Ministry of Education deployed a pilot project for early childhood education for children aged 0-3.The Tianjin government included the early childhood education in one of the 20 livelihood projects in 2016.At the peak of the birth,families are the main place of life for children.Family members are of course the first persons to raise young children.People in China have begun to pay attention to the early education of children,but the country still lacks corresponding solutions to the problems that arise.The early education has become a long-term routine.Therefore,in order to promote the development of children's physical and mental health,it is urgent to improve the education of the family and to vigorously develop family education to protect the development of children.As a professional subject,social work is in line with the development requirements of family education.Exploring the advantages and disadvantages of social work involved in early childhood education and suggesting social work involved in the further development of early childhood education is the purpose of this study.This paper comprehensively uses interviews,literature review methods and questionnaires to conduct research,and uses the perspective of ecosystem theory to analyze the children's family education from the micro,mezo and macro dimensions to analyze the existing problems and development dilemmas on individual,family,community and policy levels.This study combined with the social work practices of the E project,to explore the advantages and potential problems of social work in the field of early childhood education.The practical part is based on the division of the intervention levels discussed in the ecosystem theory,to select and describe different theme of the social work practical process to review and evaluate the intervention process and the problems in children's early family education.The conclusions and advantages are summarized as: Firstly,social work has its unique advantages in the early childhood education of children;secondly,the comprehensive use of social work has a natural fit with the solution of children's family early education.Finally,the involvement of social work is conducive to promoting family harmony.However,through this intervention,it is found the following problems:(i)service is not deep enough;(ii)social worker has insufficient capacity to integrate resources,and the service effect is affected.Based on these,two suggestions for further development are proposed: first,to expand the scope of social work talents,and second,to improve the overall ability of social workers.
