Study On The Intervention Of Family Social Work In Marital Crisis Of Patients With Mental Disorders

Family is the basic unit of society,family harmony plays a very important role in social harmony and stability.With the rapid development of economy,science and technology and the rapid change of society,family life will always face a variety of family contradictions and marriage crisis,these contradictions and crisis can not be properly solved,it is very likely to lead to the disintegration of the family.The instability of marriage and family will have a negative effect on the harmony and stability of society.Because of the particularity of the disease,the patients with mental disorders are more likely to face the marital crisis,and it is more difficult to maintain the stability of marriage and family.At this point,the intervention of family social work is very necessary.This paper takes the cases served by the author during the internship in FY social work organization as the research object,conducts intervention research around the marital crisis of families with mental disorders,and analyzes the practical process and effectiveness of family social work intervention in marital crisis of patients with mental disorders under the guidance of Bowen’s family system therapy theory,ecosystem theory and cognitive behavioral therapy theory.To explore ways for social work to intervene in the marital crisis of patients with mental disorders and improve the relationship between husband and wife,and enrich the theory,method and practical experience of social work in the field of marriage and family counseling.Based on the family system therapy theory and ecosystem theory,this paper discusses the causes and solutions of marital crisis in patients with mental disorders from three aspects: individual,family and society.At the individual level,cognitive behavioral therapy is mainly used to change the couple’s escape psychology to deal with marital crisis and family difficulties,and enhance the enthusiasm for change.At the family level,the family system theory of Bowen is taken as the main theoretical support,and the main goal and entry point is to correct the family triangle relationship and improve the degree of self-differentiation of the couple,so as to correct the sick triangle relationship and enhance the maintenance effect of the favorable triangle relationship,and change the way of communication and interaction between the couple,so as to improve the ability of self-differentiation of the couple.At the social level,it provides policy support for the clients,helps them apply for the minimum living allowance,links to other project resources of the institution,and strives for the support of peer groups and other social organizations,so as to enhance the confidence and ability of the clients’ families to cope with the marriage crisis.Using certain professional skills of social work,through the husband and wife’s personal,family and social environment intervention three levels,to achieve the goal of service.After the case service,I made further visits through wechat interactive mechanism to consolidate the service effect.The intervention of this case saved the marriage of the couple,eased the relationship between husband and wife,changed the mode of communication and interaction between the couple,alleviated the family economic pressure,enhanced the confidence and ability of the couple to deal with the marriage crisis and family difficulties,and maintained the family stability.Therefore,it can be found that under the guidance of family system therapy theory and ecosystem theory,social work from different levels and perspectives of husband and wife,family,community,social organization and government intervention on marital crisis of patients with mental disorders is effective.
