The number of rural migrant workers has increased dramatically with therapid development of market economy and the speeding up of urbanization. Mobilepopulation flow from individual mobility to the family and a large number of mobilechildren with her parents come to the city life. The problem of mobile children hasnow become the focus of academic and social concern. The mobile children who arethe backbone of the urban construction are important to the city of the future humanresources. The urbanization of them is the inevitable requirement of socialtransformation in our country. In the process, we need to analysis of many problemswhich the mobile children are facing. Help them to improve the ability of learningand living, strengthen urban sense of belonging, social adaptability, and let themgrow healthy.Previous studies of mobile children which aim at education, social adaptationand mental health research are mainly about the pedagogy, sociology and psychology. The studies mostly focus on the macroscopic perspective analysis of thepresent education situation, the city adaptation, psychological healthy of the mobilechildren. There have few studies focus on the combining of theory and practice ofsocial work, nor about the social work which intervenes in mobile children serviceresearch.The author makes deep thinking about the implementation and the effect ofthe "child" under the blue sky, using the theory of social ecosystem, the needs ofhuman, fairness and efficiency. He makes a study of the social work whichintervenes in mobile children. This thesis mostly focuses on the foundation of theory,the needs of society and the main path of the social work which intervenes in mobilechildren.The author tries to put forward the basic principles, the service key, theeffective mode and the policy proposals of the social work intervention in mobilechildren from the angle of combining theory and practice.
