Social Work Intervention In Family Education Of Military Minor Children

The minor children of the military family are a special group,which are easy to be ignored by the public.The education problems they are facing attract more and more attention.It has become an important problem that puzzles the military family and seriously affects the work of the military.It is not only related to the improvement of the quality of the minor group itself,but also related to the overall progress and development of the society.This article starts from the family education,pays attention to the family education situation of this group.This paper mainly adopts qualitative research methods such as questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview,taking some families with minor children in active service military in Hebei,Shanxi,Liaoning,Hunan and other provinces as samples,and combining with the theoretical methods related to social work specialty,makes substantive discussion and Analysis on the problems and dilemmas of family education in this group.Based on the investigation and statistics,the paper analyzes the problems and difficulties of the family education of the minor children in the military families,and draws five difficulties.Based on the ecosystem theory,it analyzes the causes of these problems at the family,school,community and social levels,hoping to provide some targeted opinions for the family education of the military families and reduce the disadvantages of the active military families On the other hand,it is expected to solve the worries for the soldiers and make them devote themselves to the national development and construction.Finally,according to the research results,the paper tries to think deeply from the aspects of family,community,school and society,and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures Based on the ecosystem theory.It is concluded that the family education problem of the minor children in the military family is caused by many aspects.It needs many systems to provide support,guidance and guarantee,and create a good family education ecology,so as to promote the healthy development of the minor.
