Behind China's rapid urbanization and modernization,a large number of rural and suburban land has been expropriated, which has resulted in the formation and expansion of the children of the evicted. While enjoying the wealth of compensation, this group also suffers from social inadaptation caused by passive urbanization in a short period of time, which makes some people fall into confusion and difficulty. On the one hand,in theory,to explore the feasibility of the social work intervention dismantlees children and intervention strategies,On the other hand,in a practical sense,it helps the "demolition of the second generation" to solve the problem of social adaptation. In the process of concrete research, the author to Qingdao D village in shandong province as the research point,in the use of non probability sampling purpose sampling, selected eight representative's interview object, and through the interviews with the length of the qualitative research method, from analytical category review review, the discovery of cultural category, cultural category, analytical categories found four stages of research. The study found that the social adaptation problems and dilemmas faced by the children of the evicted can be divided into three levels:economic material level, social relationship level and personal growth level. The material economic level is mainly manifested in blind consumption and excessive consumption,low-level career choice and career revocation, confusion of wealth use, etc. The social relationship is mainly manifested in the alienation of the old peer group, the difficulty of establishing the new peer group, the difficulty of integrating into the new community, and the conflict and bondage in the family relationship. On the aspect of personal growth, the children of the demolished people tend to make public or the deviation of the construction of self-growth,the dwarfing of self-value and the weakening of independence. On this basis, the author uses the perspective of ecosystem theory to analyze the social adaptation problems faced by the children of the displaced from the perspective of micro system, meso system and macro system,so as to explore the problems and reasons caused by the separation between human and environment. On the one hand,it explores the feasibility of social work intervening in the social adaptation of the "demolition of the second generation" group. On the other hand, based on the analysis and sorting of the social adaptation problems of the children of the demolishees, the author tries to establish a social work intervention strategy for the children of the demolishees based on the ecological system theory and social work professional methods.Specifically, the micro-system is the core of the intervention.Through in-depth analysis of individual physiological, psychological and social conditions to explore the causes of problems and targeted interventions; With the meso system as the key link, the family system and the peer group are used to provide resources for the settlement of the social adaptation problem of the children of the displaced persons. With the help of the objective guidance of the mass media, the instrumental and emotional support of the community, and the perfection of the demolition compensation policy,a good supporting environment is provided for the settlement of the social adaptation problem of the children of the demolished persons.
