A Study On The Intervention Strategy Of The Homeless Children's Rescue Work In The Perspective Of Ecosystem

Our country is in the key stage of the transformation of social structure,in the process,appeared a growing gap between rich and poor,the population flow frequency is increased,a series of problems of marriage and family tensions,these are important factors that cause the increase in the number of homeless children.Therefore,do a good job of street children relief and protection work is an important content of building a socialist harmonious society.Although in recent years,the social work service introduced in the street children in the field of social assistance,and achieved certain effectiveness of the service,but because of the demand of homeless children more and more diverse,more and more complex factors involved,the rescue work is badly in need of intervention strategies for a comprehensive service,.It is particularly important to do not support the social system level.This study aims to explore the development of children's social help seeking,in order to improve the effectiveness of social work intervention in the rescue of street children.Based on the ecological system in the perspective of the theoretical framework for the study,using Z as the research object,using literature method,interview method and observation method to collect research data for the Z city street children rescue work carried out follow-up study found that:1 street children relief and social work is divided into four main stages,each of the major stages of the work the main tasks are:looking for the case,the main case and shunt screening rescue,rescue station and closed;which faced the difficulties include:relief assistance behind the idea,the main single,street children and the diverse needs of professionals and lack of relief assistance level is not high;the intervention strategies of 2 street children in social work Can be divided into 4 aspects:individual,family,school and policy,mainly adopts the working method of case management and case counseling at the individual level,family level is the case management,school,and community level system,policy level intervention strategies are community work and social work intervention system according to the strategy of administration;the 3 street children relief and social work,the relevant system files is proposed to vigorously promote social forces to participate in China's homeless relief work,providing institutional guarantee for the social work involved in the rescue of street children,facing the main institutional dilemma is China' s street children relief system is not perfect,the lack of multi sectoral linkage mechanism Lack of professionalism and relief efforts and inadequate staff.According to the research findings,this study also puts forward suggestions for improvement,street children relief and social work at the institutional level,including:establishing and perfecting the related work of street children relief system and laws and regulations,establish multi sectoral linkage mechanism of street children relief,social work the establishment of professional intervention mechanism,promote the government purchase of social work service system pace.The results of this study will help social workers develop social work service in the field of social assistance for homeless children,especially the social system level support.Of course,there are some deficiencies in this study,as in the study design,using interview method and literature method,questionnaire survey analysis lack of homeless children and more rescue workers,but also the lack of in-depth theoretical study on the analysis of research data,experience is not enough,the lack of hope in the future research can be overcome.
