Along with the high speed development of economic, The concept of starting anenterprise is deeply rooted in people’s mind, as well as the carry-on of theentrepreneurial practice. In recent years, starting an enterprise with entrepreneurialteam has already become the mainstream of entrepreneurial practice, and has acquiredremarkable results than individual undertaking. The key of entrepreneurial team toestablish the core competitive power is sharing of the individual knowledge amongwith the team member, which can be used for the entire team, especially the tacitknowledge in high personalize degree.In this process, the internal trust among with the team member plays the vitalrole. First is the influence of the cognition-based trust on the affect-based trust,second is the influence of cognition-based trust on the tacit knowledge sharing, thethird is the influence of affect-based trust on the tacit knowledge sharing. In thisfoundation, this article proposes3suppositions through the theoretical analysis,collects data by the questionnaire survey form, then analysis the data using thespss19.0software and uses the hypothesis verifying to draws out the conclusion.The result acquired by the empirical research indicates that cognition-basedtrust among the entrepreneurial team has a significant influence on the affect-basedtrust;This cognition-based trust among the entrepreneurial team also has a significantinfluence on the tacit knowledge sharing of members; And the affect-based trustamong the members of the entrepreneurial team has a significant influence on the tacitknowledge sharing of members. Finally, according to the conclusions,this article proposes the corresponding countermeasures and the suggestions which canprovide some certain referencing and the guiding significance for entrepreneurialactivities in reality.
