The rapid development of industrial robot application field promotes the automation and intelligent upgrade of China's manufacturing industry,and brings a large demand for industrial robot technology and technical talents,especially for the first-line technical talents of industrial robot operation programming,maintenance,installation and debugging.urgent need.However,there are already some problems in the construction of industrial robots in secondary vocational schools at the current stage of exploration.The curriculum system is not perfect,the training equipment and teachers are insufficient,the teaching content of the training courses is out of line with the actual work tasks,and the students are trained.There is a contradiction between professional ability and enterprise talent demand.For this reason,this paper establishes the construction of the vocational engineering robot course system under the mode of integration of production and education as the research direction.On the one hand,through the analysis of the current domestic and international research status and curriculum theory research,this subject establishes the construction of the curriculum system based on the learning field and the systematic process of the work process as the theoretical basis.Through the investigation of industrial robot enterprises,the establishment of the industrial robot The professional talent training goal,and summed up the typical work tasks for the main employment positions of the secondary vocational students,analyze the professional ability corresponding to the typical work tasks,and transform the typical work tasks after the induction into the study field courses,according to the secondary vocational schools.The survey of professional teachers and students optimizes the structure of the training course on the basis of the field of study,and establishes the system structure of the professional training course for industrial robots in the secondary vocational school.On this basis,the structure of the industrial robot work course is further integrated into the profession.Qualification standards,professional ability literacy,and enterprise internship training mode form a framework for the integration of production and education.On the other hand,based on the characteristics of the project curriculum,professional competence,and action-oriented teaching,with the typical work tasks and professional abilities of the actual work as the core,the professional training course "Industrial Robot Maintenance and Maintenance" has been constructed.The example is to construct the curriculum project,and combine the pre-study research,according to how to improve students' ability to solve practical problems,select the actual enterprise work cases in the course,and adopt the project teaching method and task-driven teaching method to conduct teaching design research.Finally,this paper takes the actual case of the integration of production and education in the secondary vocational schools as the object,analyzes the mode of integration of production and education,and the current effect of integration of production and education,and the smooth implementation of the professional training course system for industrial robots in the context of integration of production and education.Implementation provides a strategy.
