Practical training is an important way to train students to carry out practical skills training,to cultivate students' professional skills,and to have an important influence on the production of technical personnel.The rapid growth of the economy,the urgent need for a large number of technical personnel,vocational education by the appropriate attention.In recent years,the development of Vocational Education in our country has been developed rapidly,and the level of practice training has been improved,but there are also many problems in the promotion.For example,the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the practice training is not high,the lack of practical school curriculum,for the above problems,the need to learn from the relevant experience of the predecessors,to increase the practice and training,and put forward solutions,to better promote the development of practice training.This paper mainly takes the practice training of industrial school in Ping dingshan city of Henan Province as the research object,through questionnaire survey,field visits and other forms,explore the problems encountered in the development process,and propose solutions.The first chapter is about the background,significance,purpose,content and research methods.The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant theoretical experience,the concept,the third chapter,mainly introduces the Ping dingshan Industrial school practice training status,including the introduction of school,this school internship training characteristics,practice training mode;fourth chapter,the main needle for Ping dingshan Industrial School internship training problems,the use of the theory of knowledge,from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation to propose solutions;sixth chapter,introduces the conclusions of this paper.
