Study On The Education About College Students' Entrepreneurship Psychological

This paper first analyzes the specific concepts,and the various parts of the concept about this topic,and introduces the personality traits that entrepreneurs should possess-cognitive characteristics and personality characteristics,and expounds the urgency and practical significance of Cultivating College Students' good entrepreneurial psychology.On the basis of the theoretical research,the second part of the article,through the questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature research method,analyzes the characteristics of research object.Divide into lack consciousness and knowledge about entrepreneurial,lack of strong entrepreneurial emotion,undetermined entrepreneurial will,ability and personality about entrepreneurial is insufficient.There are six major problems in college students' entrepreneurial psychology.To achieve success in entrepreneurship,the key task of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is to carry out the psychological education of college students.In the new era of rapid social and economic development,the State encourages "public entrepreneurship and innovation",and more and more institutions of pioneering technology industry park and business incubator platform,and the number of college students are more and more entrepreneurs.College Students' entrepreneurial psychological education has already had a good foundation,but there are still many shortcomings.According to the results of the survey,this article introduces the scope from large to small about the inadequacies of College Students' entrepreneurial psychological education from the state,schools,families and individuals,and analyzes the reasons for the lack of entrepreneurial psychological education for college students.In order to better find out the countermeasures against the psychological education of college students,we should first analyze the shortcomings and reasons.Inadequacies of College Students' entrepreneurial psychological education mainly include four aspects: one is that the environment atmosphere of the state entrepreneurship education is not strong;second is the lack of psychological education for school entrepreneurship;third is the college students 'family lack of psychological education in college students' entrepreneurship;fourth is the lack of self-education in the psychological aspects of College Students' entrepreneurial psychology.The analysis of the reasons for these four deficiencies to the psychological education of college students are :the first is that the emphasis on
