A Study On Hebei College Students In Entrepreneurial Environment

Faced with the situation that global financial crisis and economic growth rate slowingdown and the developed country high unemployment rate,the economic development ofChina will inevitably be its influence. Future competition in the international community isthe high-tech competition and talents competition. Therefore, China must develop innovativeknowledge-based economy and cultivate innovative talents. The college students venture is aconcentrated expression of awareness of innovation. In recent years, because of collegeenrollment and other factors, the employment situation of college students remains severe. Toa certain extent, the college students venture is able to ease the pressure on employment ofcollege students. Therefore, to encourage college students to entrepreneurship have a positiverole in China’s economic and social development.To better understand entrepreneurship among university students in Hebei Province, andto improve the students’ entrepreneurial enthusiasm, I fellowed my instructor and conducted aquestionnaire survey in Baoding university students. Because we want to guide students toentrepreneurship as an important avenues of employment and we also want to establish ascientific service mechanism of students venture in Hebei Province. Through collated andanalyzed the research data, we found that colledge students in Hebei Province have littleentrepreneurial initiative and lack of the spirit of arduous struggle, and do not have enoughconfidence and courage to entrepreneurs. And the reasons leading to this situation have agreat relationship with the entrepreneurial environment of college students. Theseentrepreneurial environment mainly refers to the students family entrepreneurialenvironment, education entrepreneurial environment and policy entrepreneurialenvironment. In this paper, I use the arxist dialectical materialism and analysis threeconclusion.Students entrepreneurial environment is the basis of studentsentrepreneurialactivity. Entrepreneurial environment decide to entrepreneurial awareness.Entrepreneurial awareness guidie entrepreneurial practice Therefore, in order to promotecollege students entrepreneurial activities,we must carriy out to improve the entrepreneurialenvironment of the college students first.Through the research data,this paper summarized the situation of entrepreneurshipawareness in Hebei College Students.Then,propose the need to improve the environment ofcollege students venture. At the same time,through analysis the status and problems of the family environment,education environment, and the policy environment of the collegestudents, this paper propose the targeted improvements.These can promote the entrepreneurialfamily and school education system more completable in Hebei Province,as well asentrepreneurship policy system.And these can make entrepreneurship become the maindriving force of economic development and social harmony in Hebei Province.
