| With the continuous launch of strategic slogans such as "promoting entrepreneurship to drive employment" and "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",innovation and entrepreneurship have been called the "new engine" to drive China’s economy,which is of great significance to promote economic development and solve the employment problem of fresh graduates.However,the influence path of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial path of college students is not clear.Therefore,this paper takes S University students as the research object and tries to explore the influence path of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the intention,and to put forward suggestions.Firstly,embarks from the innovation and entrepreneurship education,constructing the theoretical model of innovation and entrepreneurship education based on the existing research and related theory.Secondly,using the existing mature measurement scale,complete the questionnaire design.Thirdly,AMOS26.0 and SPSS23.0 statistical software are used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and the model is tested by mediating effect test and mediating moderating effect test.Thirdly,the data results were analyzed and discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The entrepreneurial intention of male students is significantly higher than that of female students;The students which have experience of student cadres will have a higher degree of improvement of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and a higher degree of perception of entrepreneurial support after participating in innovation and entrepreneurship education;some with experience of part-time will have a higher degree of improvement in their entrepreneurial ability after participating in innovation and entrepreneurship education.(2)Innovation and entrepreneurship education has a direct impact on students’ entrepreneurial intention.(3)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partially mediating role in the model.(4)Entrepreneurial ability plays a fully mediating role in the model.(5)Perceived Entrepreneurial Support partially moderates the model.Finally,based on hypothesis testing results analysis and discussion,this research puts forward three suggestions for promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in S University:(1)Through perfecting the theoretical and practice education,develop innovative and entrepreneurial full-time teachers training programs and incentives.(2)Encourage students to serve as student cadres or take part-time jobs,classifying students with different characteristics.(3)Establish and improve the school entrepreneurship support system,increase entrepreneurship support policy and propaganda,strengthen the management of innovation and entrepreneurship activities. |
