With the furthering development of basic education reform,core literacy has became the prerequisite that basic education and even secondary and higher education must follow.The Standards for Ideological and Political Courses in Senior High Schools(2017)promulgated in 2018 clearly pointed out the importance of Core Literacy of Ideological and Political Course in Senior High School and making effort to set up “Activity-based Subject Course”.What's more,President Xi Jin-ping clearly indicated that teaching must insist on the unity of theory and practice,cultivating people must follow the scientific theory,emphasizing the practicality of Ideological and Political course must be deeper,and finally combining the micro classroom with the macro social environment in the Symposium for Ideological and Political Theory Teachers on March 18 th,2019.In that case,how to implement the core quality of the discipline,to create the intelligent and efficient “Activity-based Subject Course”,and to cultivate students,essential character and key ability are problems which discussed by educational researchers and front-line teachers constantly.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature about the “Project-based Learning ”model at home and abroad,making questionnaire survey on students and having depth interview on some political teachers in Chongqing No.32 Middle School.This paper reveals the finding after that: although the application of the “Project-based Learning ”model in the Ideological and Political course of senior high school makes students more interested in study and improves their capacity,there are still some problems,such as the design,institution,evaluation and using depth and breadth of the project,which influenced by the school overall planning,teachers' personal accomplishment and student abilities after my analysis.Thus,this paper raises some improvements relatively from three aspects of the school,teacher and student,which aims at improving the effectiveness of the “Project-based Learning” model in the Ideological and Political course of senior high school.This paper starts with a case study,as well as focuses on each aspect of“Project-based Learning”model used in high school Ideological and Political lessons.Hoping to provide an effective teaching model on the process of creating the “Activity-based Subject Curriculum” and implementing subject core literacy on teaching.Furthermore,to promote teaching reform and the development of Basic Education.
