In 2017,the Standard for Ideological and Political Courses in Senior High Schools put forward that the activity-based curriculum with the core quality of Ideological and political disciplines as the leading factor will be constructed,and the construction of the activity-based curriculum will become one of the greatest flash points of the new ideological and Political Curriculum standards.Teachers organize the ideological and political activity-based curriculum teaching mainly through the use of inquiry,application and experience-based teaching methods,which is a feature of the ideological and political activity-based curriculum different from other courses.Such a course also has the following characteristics: the content of the activity is speculative;the topic of the activity is operable;and the enthusiasm of students to participate in the activity is high.It is precisely because of these characteristics of Ideological and political activity-oriented subject curriculum that it has unique advantages in cultivating high school students' core qualities of political identity,scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation.Therefore,in order to achieve the educational goal of cultivating morality and cultivating people as the core,it is necessary to construct the core quality of Ideological and political discipline in senior high schools,and to cultivate the core quality of students,it is necessary to implement the curriculum of Ideological and political activity in teaching.Taking the ideological and political activity-oriented subject curriculum as a pusher,we should give full play to the unique functions of Ideological and political course,such as moral education function and educational function,better implement the moral education construction in schools,and better serve the cultivation of students' core qualities.Through the research on the teaching of Ideological and political activity-basedcurriculum in senior high schools based on core literacy,the author can have a general grasp of the current situation,problems and causes of the implementation of Ideological and political activity-based curriculum teaching in senior high schools.At present,there are three main problems in the ideological and political activity-based curriculum to cultivate students' core competence: first,students' interest in participating in the ideological and political activity-based curriculum is not strong;second,ideological and political teachers do not have an overall grasp of the classroom of the activity-based curriculum,mainly in a single form of activity-based teaching organization;third,ideological and political curriculum.The formalism of teacher's active subject curriculum is very obvious.Based on the core literacy,the teaching of Ideological and political activity-oriented subjects in senior high schools should be studied as a whole,not only from the teaching concept,teaching literacy and teaching skills of Ideological and political teachers,but also from the school teaching facilities,teaching resources development and utilization of reasonable suggestions,but also fundamentally put forward some constructive teaching evaluation methods of Ideological and political courses.Opinion.In this way,the research on the teaching of Ideological and political activity-based curriculum based on core literacy is conducive to the innovative construction of Ideological and Political Curriculum in high schools.
