Research On Cost Control From Budget Control Perspective In C Private School

How to make full use of the current resources should be the most concerned issue for private school seeking survival and development in a fiercely competitive market.Private schools are relatively resources-limited and their resources are used inefficiently.Therefore,private schools should focus on improving efficiency and cost controlling,based on their organization structure,capacity of management and character of cost.Judging from the current situation,there is still much work to do on the application of the cost controlling theory in management tools and practice.This paper is grounded on the financial experience in a private college school.Based on former analysis and summarized former research production,this paper will provide further research on the methods of improving school cost control,and expect to be beneficial to practical financial work.Budget management is the most direct and effective method for cost control.The value of this paper is to find a way to improve the budget controlling in the private school,and this paper focus on the probability of guiding the budget controlling in private schools by the COSO frameworks.The budget controlling will be treated as there are three parts in it which are the preparing,the following and the judging of the budget.At first the key elements in each phase will be found and then will be used as indicators for the problems.After that the problems will be researched to find the ways of improvements.This paper will offer some references for improving the budget control in private school through interpreting the using of COSO frameworks in the whole process.First,to provide the theory base for the study,this paper introduces the relevant background information and significance of the issue and the present condition of about this study oversea and in China.Second,this paper introduces the current condition of the private college schools' cost controlling by budget management and the common problems.Third,to indicate that the improved steps are necessary and possible,this paper introduces the specific problems in the cost controlling by budget management of C private school and analyze the reasons.Finally,based on the problem analysis,this paper proposed the relative budget control improvement measures on the overall planning,cost accounting,cost drivers and information method.
