Research On The Improvement Of Vocational Ability Of College Counselors In Higher Vocational Colleges

Whether a country can succeed in the future international competition mainly depends on whether it has a large number of innovative talents.As the main part of the daily education of college students,the counselor is also responsible for reasonably guiding the employment planning and education of college students who are about to enter the society.So,comprehensively strengthen the counselor’s professional quality,enhance the level of its personnel training,will greatly promote the continuous development of ideological and political education undertakings,to promote effective improve daily management level of colleges and universities,the effective promotion of the party and the state of the college students’daily education various policies,guarantee of basic implementation of policies,will plays an important role in the healthy and stable development of college students.Based on the basic perspective of the vocational ability training of college counselors,this paper analyzes the questionnaires of 60 counselors in six higher vocational colleges in the province and interviews the heads of students in some higher vocational colleges.The status quo of vocational ability of colleges and universities in colleges and universities,combined with the adjustment of the higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province and the improvement of the counselor management system,as well as the "Standards of Professional Ability of College Counselors" and the Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities "Exploring the countermeasures and ways to improve the professional ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship.Under the background of the country’s implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,it is a question of how to reflect on the requirements of "political strong,professional,disciplined,and positive style" for college counselors,especially high-level counselors.On the basis of the analysis,the objectives and requirements set by the institutions,the counselors themselves and the objects they face are analyzed.Based on the speciality and ability requirements of the undergraduate counselors and senior counselors,the KSAO model is used to analyze the professional ability of the vocational counselors,thus highlighting the necessity and importance of the vocational ability improvement of the higher vocational counselors.After conducting relevant research on the status quo of counselors,this paper establishes a vocational ability model of vocational counselors based on competency model.After clarifying the problem and constructing the model,the problem of improving the professional ability of the vocational counselor is put into the perspective of double creation,discovering the problem,analyzing the cause,and proposing suggestions and measures from both objective and subjective aspects,in order to The path of counselor’s professional ability cultivation is useful for exploration.
