Study On Scientific Research Ability Ascension Of Colleges And Universities Counselors

As the mainstay in ideological and political education for undergraduates, the work of counselors are very important for improving the ideological and political quality of undergraduates, promoting the reform and development of higher education. It is transitional period currently for colleges and universities counselors team to turn from experiential workers to researchers.However, lots of counselors have not release enough time and energy from daily routine work to adapt themselves to this significant change. How to improve research ability of counselors in order to accelerate development for professionalization and specialization of counselors team? Educational circles have numerous thoughts on this issue. On basis of existing research, this study will follow the logic of identifying problem, analyzing problem and then solving problem to develop research ability of counselors, which might be helpful to construction of counselors team and actual effect of ideological and political education for undergraduates.First of all, the paper defined the college and universities counsellor, scientific research and ability development, grasp the mechanism of formation and scientific research ability development of university instructors, and to clarify the scientific research ability development of university instructors stage requirements. Through the theory, hope to provide argument and logic-paved for the investigate and countermeasures.Through the study found:the scientific research ability development of university instructors is good overall. But there are still exist some problems: the overall level is not high, development of structure is unbalanced and the motive power of development is not enough. According to the questionnaire results, combine the interviews of the instructor and the student work leadership. We found that external support system is the important factor affecting the scientific research ability development of instructors; working spindle inadaptability is the key factor affecting the scientific research ability development of instructors; qualities of scientific research deficiency is the determining factor affecting the scientific research ability development of instructors. On the basis of empirical research, conbine the analysis of causes, propose effective countermeasures of developing scientific research ability of university instructors: improving system guarantee for scientific research ability development of university instructors; building integration platform; creating a good atmosphere and promoting actively and consciously development of scientific research ability of university instructors.
