Historical materials are the basis for writing history.Historians emphasize "discussing history",it explains the importance of historical materials in history.The new curriculum standard clearly states that the five core literacy of the history subject is historical materialism,time and space concept,historical material evidence,historical interpretation and family country feelings.Among them,“historical evidence” requires the use of reliable historical materials in teaching to reproduce the true history.It is required that Mastering the methods of using historical materials and improving the abilities of distinguishing the authenticity of historical materials,interpreting historical materials accurately and historical thinking.To this end,it is required that historical teachers must attach great importance to the use of historical materials in teaching,which is the key to telling and learning the history lesson.The use of historical materials throughout the whole process of history teaching,including classroom teaching,class training and exams and other aspects.in the middle school entrance examination and high school examination in Hainan Province,the number and proportion of historical materials are increasing year by year,indicating that the use of historical materials in all aspects of history teaching is becoming more and more important.Therefore,it is an important topic in front of history teachers that how to use historical materials in history teaching and fundamentally improve the effect of history classroom teaching.This dissertation mainly uses the methods of historical documents,survey interviews,quantitative statistics and case analysis to analyze and summarize the historical materials and problems in all aspects of history teaching in middle school through sample survey interviews with teachers and students attending lectures,high school entrance examinations and high test paper statistics in some middle schools in Hainan Province,which on the basis of combing the research on the use of historical materials in the history teaching of middle schools at home and abroad.It is found out that there are widespread problems in the history classroom teaching of middle school in our province,such as the lack of standardization of historical materials,inadequate interpretation of historical materials,and lack of historical knowledge.The main reason is thatthe students' historical foundation is not strong,the historical materials are not understood,the rote learning is hard-pressed and the lack of comprehensive analysis and independent thinking?The author puts forward some ideas for solving the outstanding problems in the investigation and ask all scholars to advise.
