Teacher performance management in theoretical educational administration is among a very valuable research proposition and also a huge challenge in which education management reform encountered by our country.It is not only affecting the reform and promotion of China's education,it also become one of the important factors affecting the teacher professional development.Therefore,aim to the theory of performance management of teachers in-depth study,both to enrich the theoretical system of educational management,but also through the theory to guide practice,and for the Performance management of middle school teachers to provide practical solutions relevant institutions.For the long term development of the performance management of teachers in China.the author have discussed about the related theory of Performance management of teachers,and use the method of the interviews and questionnaires for the situation of Teacher performance management in Chongqing H middle school to conduct field study,which aims to explore the problems of teacher Performance management that excited in all aspects of middle school,to analyse the fundamental causes that lead to these problems,and put forward relevant suggestions to solve the problems.This paper is divided into the following four parts:Part ?:The Introduction focused on the reason for the research,purpose and significance of the study,the definition of related concepts,summary of the literature,study design,research methods.The cause of the study mainly include personal practical sessions,and it results in my consideration on teacher and the development of school.The research methods are literature analysis,interview and questionnaires.The research significance of the study from theory and practice to explain teacher Performance management,and from teacher Performance and Performance management two aspects to summary of the literature and define the concept.Part ?: the theoretical research of teacher performance management.First of all,the connotation,characteristics and significance of teacher performance managementare discussed.Second,the four stages from the performance management process of teachers on teachers' performance management theory,and analyze the teacher performance management based on the theory of argumentation,providing theoretical basis for the third part of the questionnaire and interviews and research dimensions.Part ?: investigating the present situation of teacher performance management in a middle school in Chongqing.Focus on the Chongqing by individual interview,questionnaire survey and other means of a field survey of status quo of middle school teachers' performance management is to get the raw data,and according to the result of questionnaire survey data and interviews in a middle school teacher in Chongqing performance management plan,implementation,evaluation and feedback problems and made a systematic analysis of the reasons.Part ?: the countermeasures of teacher performance management of a middle school in Chongqing.Based on a high school teacher in Chongqing performance management to present a series of problems,from the teachers' performance management plan formulation,implementation,evaluation and effect feedback four aspects put forward relevant strategies and suggestions,in order to improve the Chongqing a middle school teacher performance management level.
