Study On The Residency Intention Of Floating Population And Its Influencing Factors In Yunnan Province

China's population urbanization rate reached 57.4%in 2016,and it is a key period for the further development of urbanization.Promoting the urbanization level of the population and increasing the urbanization rate of the household registration population is an inevitable requirement for the development of new urbanization.In the process of promoting new urbanization,we will deeply analyze the characteristics of the floating population's willingness to stay,and explore what factors affect the floating population s long-term residence in the inflow area under the current policy background,and effectively understand their needs and enhance the floating population.Long-term residence will have important theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses the'2016 Yunnan Floating Population Dynamic Survey Data',Combined with the actual social and economic development of Yunnan Province,the basic situation of the floating population in Yunnan Province was introduced.Describe the differences in the household characteristics variables,the flow characteristic variables,and the willingness to stay under economic and social variables.Qualitative analysis of demographics,mobility,economic and social factors,etc.,to sort out the various issues of the questionnaire,and calculates new indicators by data extraction,category merging and index quantification.Using the statistical software of SPSS,the multivariate logistic regression model was used to demonstrate the effects of population,mobility and economic and social factors on the long-term residence intention of floating population.The results of the regression are as follows:women,27-36 years old('post-80s'),married and highly educated migrants have a stronger willingness to stay;High wages,employment status is superior to employers and living environment,and the floating population of self-owned housing is more inclined to stay for a long time.The flow range is small,the number of flows in the province,the number of flows is small,and the long-term residence of the floating population living in the inflowing place is more willing to stay longer.Based on the conclusion of the inductive study,combined with relevant national laws and regulations and the actual situation of Yunnan Province,make recommendations:First,the government strengthens the service concept and promotes the social integration of the floating population.Second,improve the education and training system,enhance human capital,and improve the employability of the floating population.Third,raise the income level,promote full employment,and reduce the cost of living.Fourth,through the formulation of relevant policies to protect the legitimate rights of floating population.
