Study On The Coordinated Development Of Population,Economy And Land Urbanization In Yunnan Province

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization has continued to develop rapidly.Large-scale development combined with super fast speed has created an unprecedented urbanization process in history,but this rapid urbanization development model ignores the improvement in quality,Many uncoordinated internal systems of population,economy and land have been exposed,however the coordination among the various subsystems within the urbanization is the inevitable trend of the current highquality urbanization development.Yunnan Province is in the critical period of urbanization development,but in the process of urbanization development,it also faces many related problems of uncoordinated urbanization development,the quality and speed of urbanization need to be further optimized and improved.Therefore,research on the coordinated development of population,economy,and land subsystems in Yunnan Province has important reference significance for the healthy,coordinated and sustainable development of urbanization in Yunnan Province.This paper explores the coupled and coordinated development of the population,economy,and land urbanization system in Yunnan Province from the perspective of space-time in geography.Firstly,the overall characteristics of the comprehensive development level of population urbanization,economic urbanization,and land urbanization in Yunnan Province were analyzed using linear weighting method;Secondly,using the coupling coordination degree model,comprehensive analysis of the level of coordinated development of urbanization in Yunnan Province;Then,using the factor analysis method and cluster analysis method to analyze the influential factors of the coordinated development of urbanization in Yunnan Province;Finally,based on the above empirical research,a strategic approach to optimize the benign coupling of the three subsystems of population,economy,and urbanization of land in Yunnan Province is proposed.Based on the study of the spatial-temporal differences of population urbanization level,economic urbanization level,land urbanization level,comprehensive urbanization level,coupling coordination degree and influencing factors in Yunnan Province,it is concluded that:the development level of population urbanization,Economic Urbanization and land urbanization in Yunnan Province is increasing year by year;the development level of population urbanization and Economic Urbanization in all cities(prefectures)in Yunnan Province There are obvious spatial differences in the level of development,land urbanization and comprehensive urbanization.The urbanization system of Yunnan Province has roughly gone through three stages: maladjusted recession,over coordination and moderate coordination.The coupling coordination degree of population economy,population land,economy land and population economy land urbanization in all cities(prefectures)of Yunnan Province has increased by different ranges,but the absolute gap of coupling coordination between cities(prefectures)is expanding,and the spatial difference is obvious;economic strength Government function and social security are the three main factors that affect the coordinated development of urbanization in Yunnan Province.
