| Under the background of new urbanization,we must deal with the problem of the stock and increment of the floating population, improve the willingness of the population, and realize the citizenization of the floating population. However, some researches mainly focus on the micro influencing factors of the long-term residence intention, and rarely study the changes of the urban residence intention and influencing factors of the floating population from the dynamic perspective since the implementation of the new urban policy. In order to get rid of the obstacles of floating population’s urban residence, this paper dynamically analyzes the micro and Macro Influencing Factors of floating population’s urban residence intention, selects the national floating population dynamic monitoring survey data and relevant data of prefecture level cities, such as GDP,CPI index, output value of tertiary industry, unemployment rate, social security expenditure, etc.First of all, through literature research, determine the research direction of the paper, put forward the research problems, discuss the research methods, plan the research ideas, and elaborate the research purpose and significance. Then, using comparative analysis and descriptive statistics, logistic regression,non-linear hierarchical model, difference decomposition and other quantitative analysis methods to study the influencing factors.First, the individual characteristics, mobility characteristics and work characteristics of migrants have a significant impact on the willingness to stay.Second, the macro factors have a significant impact on the urban residence intention, and have a positive strengthening effect on the micro factors.Third, under the influence of institutional factors, the floating population’s residence intention shows a serious stratification trend. The rural-urban floating population’s willingness of the inflow is lower, and the gap with the urban floating population is gradually increasing;the willingness to stay in the city of the insured urban workers’ medical insurance is higher than that of the uninsured, and the gap is gradually increasing.Fourth, personal income and education level in the structural wall will affect the migrant’s willingness to stay in the city.Generally speaking, the high-income group and the highly educated group have the highest willingness for a long time, and there is an obvious stratification with the low-income group and the low educated group, and the gap between them is gradually increasing.Fifthly, the social integration of the floating population will significantly affect their willingness.Interpersonal circle can improve the migrants’ access to urban resources and establish their own social resource network.Taking the fellow townspeople as the reference, those who interact with other people can enhance their willingness to stay in the city, which is more obvious in 2017.Social integration variables have a significant positive impact on the urban residence intention of the floating population, which increases with the increase of the degree of social integration. On the basis of the research conclusions, three suggestions are put forward:first,we need to "break the old and establish the new".We should reduce or abolish the institutional restrictions on urban settlement, break the institutional wall, establish a new system, and eliminate the labels of "vulnerable groups" from the institutional and psychological aspects.Second, the development of new urbanization,to break the structural wall, enhance the willingness to live in the city,we must "improve the system,macro-control,enabling individuals.".Third,to realize the citizenization of floating population,we must strengthen social guidance, provide communication platform and eliminate psychological barriers. |
