| Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of single and bilateral compound training on lower limb explosive power of basketball players.Research Methods: This paper mainly adopts the method of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.The subjects who participate in the intervention training are 24 athletes from the sports training major of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as the experimental subjects,and all the subjects’ sports grade are second-class athletes or above.24 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(n=12)and control group(n=12).Were used by unilateral lower limb combined training by bilateral composite training of lower limb,after 6 weeks of training,to reflect the kinematics of lower limbs explosive power indicator(vertical jump high touch,high jump run-up single leg to touch,touch is high,the standing long jump run-up legs takeoff,10 meters sprint)and reflect the dynamics of lower limb strength and explosive force index(isokinetic muscle strength)testing,test data and using SPSS25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,based on the groups use independent sample t-test(after the experiment of the index difference of horizontal contrast to conduct an independent sample t-test,The difference of each index between the two groups before and after the experiment was the value after the experiment--the value before the experiment).The paired sample T test was used to analyze and discuss the experimental data within the group.The experimental results were as follows :(1)There were significant differences in the touch height of single leg take-off in the approach,touch height of double leg take-off in the approach,10 meter sprint,maximum strength of squat,maximum strength of lunge left leg and maximum strength of lunge right leg in the experimental group(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the height of vertical jump and standing long jump(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the peak power and peak torque of left and right leg extension at 180°/S in the experimental group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between peak torque and peak power at 60°/S(P BBB 0 0.05).(2)In the control group,there were no significant differences in the height of vertical jump and the height of one-foot takeoff in running(P BBB 0 0.05),and there were significant differences in the maximum strength of squat(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in other field test indexes(P<0.05).In the control group,there were significant differences in the peak power of left and right leg extension and the peak torque of left leg extension at 180°/S(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in the peak torque of right leg extension at 180°/S(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between peak torque and peak power at 60°/S(P BBB 0 0.05).(3)the experiment in the two groups after lateral comparison,the experimental group one leg composite training in vertical jump high touch,run-up single foot takeoff,10 meters sprint,lunges squat down the left leg strength index of the largest increase rate have significant difference(P < 0.05),the largest lunges squat right leg strength index increase rate has a very significant difference(P < 0.01),in the run-up feet high,standing long jump,jump to touch the biggest power squat raise rates,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in isokinetic muscle strength indexes between the two groups,that is,P>0.05.However,the peak torque and peak power of the left and right legs at 180°/S in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The improvement rate of 60°/S peak power of the right leg in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group,but the improvement rate of 60°/S peak torque and power of the left leg and 60°/S peak torque of the right leg in the control group were all higher than that in the experimental group.Research conclusions :(1)Unilateral compound training is an effective training method to improve basketball players’ lower limb explosive power.(2)Single and bilateral compound training is more efficient in improving the touch height of vertical jump,touch height of single leg take-off in approach and 10 meters sprint.(3)In terms of the maximum strength of the left and right legs of lunge squat,the single and bilateral compound training is more efficient,and the improvement rate is about 2 times that of the control group,and the improvement rate of the maximum strength of squat between the two groups is basically the same.(4)Single and bilateral compound training is more efficient in improving the balance of left and right muscle force.(5)There was no significant difference in the rate of improvement between single and double compound training in the index of explosive force of standing long jump,touch height of double approach and maximum strength of squat with bilateral movement mode. |
