Intervention Of Social Workers In Hospice Care For Advanced Cancer Patients

With the development and progress of society,lifestyles of people have changed.The disease spectrum of the residents has also changed.Late cancer patients increasingly become a huge group in our country.The mortality rate of cancer is extremely high and difficult to cure.It not only seriously damages the patient's health,but also brings the fear of death.In China,the number of cancer population and the proportion of cancer population are the world's first,to alleviate the psychological suffering of cancer patients,to improve the quality of life in the last part of the life of the patient,so that the death of the dying care service came into being.At present,some of the city' s medical institutions have already begun to provide hospice care.services,but the level of its professional services should be further improved.Therefore,it is necessary for professional social workers to join the hospice service team to help improve the quality and level of service.This article is based on the hospital of Fuzhou S hospital,combined with the current situation of the development of hospice care services.According to Maslow's theory of demand,the advantages of perspective theory and sad stage theory,the use of case interviews,participation in observation methods and other research methods,analysis of the hospice care service of medical social workers involved in late cancer patients from the practical level.The author through the case work to carry out the practice of patients with late cancer patients as the object of study,found that the existence of the general problem performance of late cancer patients and five needs.Through a case involved in the process of reproduction,the intervention effect of reflection and summary,and then targeted to put forward countermeasures analysis.For the time being,the rapid development of social work in China,with the aging of the population and cancer incidence increased year by year,hospice care services will eventually mature.Late cancer patients are bound to become one of the important objects of social worker service intervention.The combination of hospice care and social work not only promotes the development of social work towards local specialization,but also promotes the popularity and maturity of hospice services.I hope that the case work can play the role in the late cancer patients face death when the attitude of change,the ability of emotional self-regulation,self-help ability to enhance,and contribute to social work in the practical research of hospice care.
