With the continuous development of the society and economy,people's material life has been improved a lot and we also have realized the importance of pursuing the enrichment of spiritual culture.With the popularity of art colleges and universities in recent years,the number of art major students in senior high school has increased a lot.For the deviation of knowledge,people only pay attention to the external form of art,and ignore the connotation,which causes that the major students don't pay enough attention to academic learning and aren't interested in learning.The average scores of geography are relatively low in the college entrance examination.Thus although most of them are qualified in their major exams,they can't go to the ideal university because of lower cultural achievements.Learning disability is the most important factor.Learning disability is an abnormal reaction in the process of individual psychological cognition,which restricts the students' learning behavior,affects learning effect and learning efficiency.Thus it's one of the indispensable means to investigate the factors which causes learning disabilities in geography learning,and put forward the corresponding strategies to improve geography teachers' teaching and research ability and to train the geographical science literacy of the students.On the basis of extensive literature reviews and related researches at home and abroad,the author carried out a questionnaire survey among the art major students in her school.Then a statistical analysis of the results was made with the aid of the Excel software.The results show that there are some factors as the follows.These students are relatively lively but lack of confidence.On one hand,there are some internal factors.Their comprehensive thinking ability and transfer ability are relatively low in geography.And their learning is usually based on external vision motivation.This group of students lack of self-consciousness and willpower.And they don't form the correct learning behavior.On the other hand,there are some external factors.Schools may not pay enough attention to their academic learning.And teachers' teaching schedule and teaching methods affect their learning.And the environment and expectations from their family also contribute to their unsatisfactory achievement in geography.Based on the analysis of the component factors of geographic learning disabilities,the author put forward some corresponding measures aiming at different learning obstacle factors: Firstly,it's important to cultivate their comprehensive thinking ability and practical ability from the students' own geographic learning disabilities and based on the geographic core literacy.And then on the basis of the new curriculum reform requirement and the situation of the school,specific solutions have been put forward including the school management,the development of school-based teaching materials,geography teachers' teaching design and students' family atmosphere.
