In this paper, based on professional knowledge, a vocational high schools as sample, in fushun city of vocational high school students were disgusted with the status quo survey. The author consult a lot of learning of the literature at home and abroad, and analyzes the necessity of solving learning in high school, a lot of theoretical basis and research learning psychology and pedagogy of strong support. And from the practical problems of among learning disabilities, with the aid of the vocational high school students' learning situation questionnaire of fushun city a vocational high school students of grade three learning situation investigation, based on the analysis of survey data, the objective and rational sums up the causes of vocational high school students learning. Respectively from students' own quality and the deepening of the education teaching reform and the direction of "three religions" integrated education put forward feasible countermeasures to learning. This research adopts literature method, questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigation on the current situation in vocational high school students learning, and further analyzed the result of the investigation and discussion, puts forward the following Suggestions on vocational high school students learning:(1) to strengthen the student's quality education(2) to achieve high vocational education of deepening reform and(3) to realize integration of family education, school education and social education.
