High school learning period is the key period for the youth to receive all kinds of cultural knowledge and lay a solid foundation of culture, and also the golden age for the cultivation of good living habits and the awareness of independence. now mostly high school students are only child, they are lacking of Life common sense, especially understanding of the knowledge of food safety, resulting in food safety incidents Minors victims accounted for a considerable portion of proportion. Therefore, improving the students awareness of food safety, teaching the basics knowledge of food safety, can improve young people’s awareness of self-protection, to lay the foundation for healthy growth and development of a comprehensive high school students.Biology is one of the six basic disciplines of natural science, is the study of living systems at all levels of the type, structure, function, behavior, development and evolution, the origin of the phenomenon of life and the relationship with the surrounding environment and other biological activities of the laws of science. Biological subjects in the curriculum standards of PEP clear that high school should guide students to establish a positive attitude to life, to develop good quality of life and food safety awareness, the core philosophy is:"concerned about students’ good quality of life, and establish good food safety awareness. " Therefore, in high school biology class teaching involving food safety knowledge, can improve students’level of knowledge of food safety and quality, training young people to establish a correct concept of food security, the golden age of learning for high school students to provide livelihood security.The article from the three aspects to penetrate the food safety education in high school biology teaching were explored. First, the concept of food, food safety, food safety education penetration defines and analyzes the current research. Secondly, the author of the survey 987 high school sophomore to understand the situation about food safety knowledge of biological knowledge, behavioral conditions and attitudes permeate food safety education situation, and through the Excel and SAS software to analyze the data of the survey. The results show that penetration of food safety education in teaching in the experimental group was significantly do better than not penetrate food safety education in the control group for the investigation, indicating food safety knowledge penetration is feasible to achieve a certain effect. Finally the research results, the combined penetration of high school biology teaching point for food safety education carried out a detailed analysis as a basis for proposed four permeate teaching cases of food safety knowledge to design and carry out the teaching practice, teachers and students for the relevant reference.Because research level, the level and scope of certain limitations, with penetration of food safety knowledge of teaching practice in short time, completely biological knowledge of food safety knowledge and full integration still need to work together and improve the response to this practical problem, I hope the whole society to participate in food safety education system, for the realization of China’s national food safety education play a facilitating role.
